These terms govern the use of the website coloruma.com ("Coloruma", "we") operated by [OPERATOR NAME], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTCODE AND CITY], [COUNTRY], hello@coloruma.com. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. What Coloruma offers
Coloruma provides coloring pages as PDF and PNG files for printing, and an online coloring tool that runs in your browser. All content is free of charge. No account, registration or payment is required. We may add, change or remove content and features at any time.
2. Licence for the coloring pages
All drawings on Coloruma are protected by copyright and belong to us. We grant you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to use the coloring pages as follows:
- Print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family and your friends.
- Use the pages in classrooms, kindergartens, day-care centres, libraries, hospitals, care homes, therapy and youth work, including making class sets.
- Use the pages at non-commercial events such as birthday parties, school fairs and community festivals.
- Colour the pages, on paper or with the online tool, and share your finished results on social media or in print. Naming Coloruma as the source is welcome but not required.
- Link to any page on Coloruma.
The following is not allowed without our written permission:
- Selling the files or printed copies, or including them in any product, service, bundle or subscription that is sold or monetised, including print-on-demand products.
- Redistributing the files: uploading them to other websites, file-sharing services, app stores, marketplaces or social platforms as downloadable files, or embedding our files from your own server.
- Removing or altering copyright notices or the Coloruma name from the files.
- Using the drawings, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning or AI models, or including them in datasets for that purpose.
- Claiming the drawings as your own work or registering them as trademarks or designs.
- Automated bulk downloading, scraping or mirroring of the website beyond what a person needs for normal use.

3. Online coloring tool
The online tool runs entirely in your browser. Your progress is stored on your own device (see the privacy policy). We cannot restore progress that is lost because you cleared your browser data, switched devices or used a private browsing mode. Pictures you save with "Save picture" are yours to keep and share under the licence in section 2.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the website, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, not to place excessive load on our servers, and not to use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Availability and changes
Coloruma is a free service. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free of errors, and we may suspend or discontinue the service or any part of it without notice. We may change these terms; the current version with its date is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the changed terms.
6. No warranty
The coloring pages and the online tool are provided "as is". We make no warranty that they are suitable for a particular purpose, that print results will meet your expectations, or that the website will work with every browser or printer.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential for the proper use of the website and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely, and in that case only for the foreseeable damage typical for such a free service. Any further liability is excluded. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live are not affected by these terms.
8. Third-party links
The website contains links to third-party websites, for example through the share buttons. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
9. Children and parents
Coloruma may be used by children. We do not collect personal data from children and there is nothing to buy on the website. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children's use of the internet, including printing and the use of external links.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence continue to apply. 11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The invalid provision is replaced by the statutory provision that comes closest to its purpose.
